This policy explains how Creative Tech IT Solutions collects and uses your information on graphicstuff.in.

What we collect

• Name, email address and mobile number you enter at checkout.
• Order details and payment status (payment information is handled by Paytm; we do not store card or UPI details).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies, including Meta (Facebook) Pixel cookies.

How we use it

• To process your order and deliver your download by email.
• To send reminders if you start but don't complete a checkout. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising, using Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. Your email and phone are hashed (encrypted one-way) before being shared with Meta.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: Paytm (payments), Google Workspace (email), Hostinger (hosting) and Meta (ad measurement). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to [email protected]. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
